@TP-Link hello, I've just purchased TP-Link Deco M4R, 2-pack.

Sucesfully installed 1st Deco (main), but the second is looping on solid-yellow. 

Already tried:

1) reset - no change

2) connect to PC with static 192.168.0.2, unable to PING 192.168.0.1, unable to open page http://192.168.0.1 - unable to do firmware recovery

Model: Deco M4R(EU), V. 2.0,

please advice.

and try to do live chat support or email. Explain everything you did.

They may ask you to try a few things or will send you warranty replacement and it asked you to register your unit if you haven't already 

  @TP-Link Hello, I just got a Deco BE11000 and one of the nodes is stuck in yellow. Apparently the firmware version is 1.1.7 Build 20250324 Release. 32980. Please Help!

1. The model number as well as the firmware version of the Deco;

2. Which problem description is more like your current issue?

the main deco is set up and doesn't seem to have problems, the lights on the main one currently is solid green. The second deco is the one I'm having a problem with it's being stuck on the blinking yellow loop. And whenever I unplugged the power  and reset it using the button on the bottom it is continuing to have the same problem  

3. Have you tried the hardware reset and firmware recovery suggestions? what are the results?

I have not  and I'm not completely sure how to do it and didn't wanna chance messing it up more

I have model: Deco X95(US)  S/N: 22392K1A00399

It used to work fine, but when I tried to reboot it last night, it never came back online (solid green, but wasn't working). So I tried to reset everything to start all over.

I want a blinking blue light but it has been STUCK on a SOLID YELLOW light than blinks once every 30s.

I've tried the 1s button reset many times.

I've tried the 10 second reset while plugging in many times

Sometimes by doing the above I can get a SOLID GREEN LIGHT only, but it doesn't work and I want the blinking blue light.

I have also successfully updated the FIRMWARE twice to the latest on the CAN and then US site: 

       x95v1_1--up-ver1-2-5-P1[20240903-rel50784]-US_EU_JP_CA_AU_SG_2024-09-03_14.49.18

(note I used the HTTP uBoot method as the other method does not list the X95) :

BUT it is still just a SOLID YELLOW LIGHT that blinks once every 30 seconds. I want a blinking blue light.

Help?
