I'm afraid it's not possible to connect WPA4220 to a Hotspot Wi-Fi wirelessly.
Powerline units should work with a Wi-Fi router like common topology below:
Rouer --<Ethernet> wired powerline unit __<powerline in the house> wireless / wireless powerline extender --PC.
