Sim card Not detected in 4G Router
Hello ,
I have purchased TP-Link archer mr200 (EU) 750 Mbps Router (Black, Dual Band) (Black, Dual Band)
through Flipkart of May 28th 2021 .
Troubleshooting steps you have taken:
- I have installed the latest version of firmware 1.2.0 0.9.1 v0001.0 Build 210120 Rel.67320n with help of technical engineer from Tp-link .
- Also Tried to reboot the device.
- Tried with multiple Network sim cards and also different adapters
The model number and hardware version of your 3/4G Gateway:
- Archer MR200 - Hardware : v5 00000001
The SIM card carrier:
- Airtel , Vodafone
- Would there be any damage to the Micro SIM Card Slot before, such as the SIM card stuck in and not able to be taken out? - No damage
- How long have you had the device, and when did this issue start? - Less than 30 days
- Was there any firmware upgrade before no sim card was detected? - no
