I have purchased TP-Link archer mr200 (EU) 750 Mbps Router  (Black, Dual Band)  (Black, Dual Band)
through Flipkart of May 28th 2021 .


Troubleshooting steps you have taken:

  •    I have installed the latest version of firmware 1.2.0 0.9.1 v0001.0 Build 210120 Rel.67320n with help of technical engineer from Tp-link .
  • Also Tried to reboot the device.
  • Tried with multiple Network sim cards and also different adapters

The model number and hardware version of your 3/4G Gateway:  

  •     Archer MR200 - Hardware : v5 00000001

The SIM card carrier:

  •      Airtel , Vodafone

- Would there be any damage to the Micro SIM Card Slot before, such as the SIM card stuck in and not able to be taken out? - No damage

- How long have you had the device, and when did this issue start? - Less than 30 days

- Was there any firmware upgrade before no sim card was detected? - no

Hello, if you have already troubleshooted with the technical engineer, but the router still cannot detect the SIM card, please contact Flipkart to check if they can replace the router.

 

If Flipkart cannot help, please contact the local support center to request a replacement:
