Model: Archer AX20
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.3.0 Build 20210318 rel.47238(4555)

HI

The problem with the disconnection of the WAN connection continues.
Exactly 2 hours after restarting the router, the WAN port lights up in orange and on the Internet status of the admin web page of the router it says Weak connection.
Remove and after 3-4 seconds puts it back, the router reconnects and so can work for days until the next restart. When the same thing happens again.
Don't tell me that I shouldn't restart, because it's like wanting the power supply not to stop in Bulgaria :) The store refuses to return my money because they think the problem is not in the router. But I put another router, another manufacturer and this problem does not exist. Even with 450M Wireless N Gigabit Router Model No. TL-WR1043ND has no problems.
I am sending you a log file, pay attention to: WAN1_ON and WAN1_OFF
Please tell me what the router does exactly 2 hours after start! I have set the activity time for DHCP addresses to 60 min.

@EmilNachev

Can we confirm who is the ISP?

We have reported the issue to the support engineers, they will likely reach out to you via email to continue to troubleshoot your issue.

@EmilNachev

I think the problem is here, dear, TP-LINK developers :)

When this is ON router always lost WAN connection 2 hours after boot.

When this is OFF router working without this problem.

Why?

What is the connection between LEDs and WAN port?

May be I'm crazy!?!?!

Please explore this and I hope you will fixed this in the next Update firmware release.

Else, I'll return this router in store, and never, never, never buy again TP-LINK products.

Sorry!

@EmilNachev

Generally, the LED Control should not affect the WAN connection on the router, please don't worry, the support engineers will try to figure it out if this is related.

@EmilNachev

Also, look at these settings:

IGMP Proxy: Enabled

IGMP Snooping: Enabled

IGMP Version: V2

Wireless Multicast Forwarding: Enabled

It's possible because these settings, WAN disconnecting 1 hour, 59 min and 45 sec. after boot?
