Hello there. I have a Superdrug data SIM which worked perfectly in my MR200 router in the UK but since I came to Spain it has stopped connecting to the internet. I contacted Superdrug help and they said to contact TPLink. Does anyone have the right settings and instructions how I can change them please so it can work in Spain?

Hi, please go to Advanced > Network > Internet to verify that Data Roaming is enabled on the router web GUI, and ensure also your SIM card does enable roaming. You can test it by inserting the SIM card into a phone to check if you will have internet access.

 

Additionally, you can confirm with Superdrug that is the APN and profile are the same when using in the UK as well as in Spain, try to create them manually if not.
