Hardware Version: V4
Firmware Version: 3.2.4_902114_190506_901

Hi

 

Two questions please:

 

a) Can anyone tell me if this is the latest firmware version? I have 3.2.4_902114_190506_901 installed according to tpPLC utility. The latest updgrade I can find is BCM60500_v4.0.0d_20190704_UK_PA9020Pv4.0.ggl (once unpacked).

 

Is the latest?

 

b) When I attempt the upgrade using tpPLC on my Mac it fails every time. No further information. Any ideas?

As confirmed with our team,  it turns out that TL-PA9020P KIT_V4.0_190704  ( 3.2.4_902114_190506_901) , they are the same firmware version. 

'190506' is the date when the firmware is being tested.

May I have a photo showing the firmware '  3.2.4_902114_190506_901' ? 

The Device XX on Utlity is the MAC address on the label of your powerline unit, please send us a photo of the label on that powerline unit.
