The adapter cannot start in any way

@Roman_01 Hello, 

 

May I know the issue on Wi-Fi part or Bluetooth Part? After the adapter is plugged in,  please check if Bluetooth/ Wireless adapter (Intel AX200 ) is available in Device Manager?
