i can't sign in on ps5 while i connected from tp link router but when i use my phone wifi to the ps5 i can, the router is fine with my phone and my laptob, the problem is only with the ps5
i really don't know what to do please help

Hello @PiyushPankaj, are you using the same model, Archer A2, and the same issue with the PS5 sign-in? Can you please describe the issue in detail? When you tried to connect the PS5 to the wireless network of the A2, was there an error message? Were you connecting to the 2.4GHz or 5GHz network? You may go through these troubleshooting suggestions to see if you can link it up:
