My colleague uses Deco X60 V2 that is with home care, Trend Micro anti-virus.
Is there a way I can update V3 to V2 firmware, home care with Trend Micro anti-virus?

The hardware versions do have differences in the actual product themselves, this could be a newer chipset or different board etc.. therefore unfortunately the firmware is specific for only that version of hardware
Its unlikely a v2 firmware will work or even install on a v3 hardware

Just curious, may I know why you prefer HomeCare, instead of HomeShield?

Hi I preferred home-care because it provide full support on anti-virus and Wifi usage static report without additional charge.
Would TP-Link consider to make home shield supporting anti-virus and usage report like home-care, no extra subscription fee?

Same questions here. I probably return the v3 so I can use Homecare instead of Homeshield.
