@LGuerra

If you have done all we suggested but issue cannot get resolved, we recommend reaching out to the local tech support, so they can work with you in looking into the issue further or help with the replacement.

@3845KG @Kevin_Z

Same trouble, after updating to OneMesh (and same on last firmware on AX11000) i get this problem, some times wan port in Auto negotiation drop to 100mb\s and hold it, if I put by hands 1000mb\s - it says port unplugged, AND if I put THIS CABLE on Lan1-Lan8 - IT's momently say - 1000mb\s. Only plug\unplug wan port many times help.

on firmwares BEFORE onemesh -  never seen.

if such a problem exists only on wan, can you do that the port can be selected Lan1 for Internet?

AX11000

Firmware Version:

1.2.3 Build 20210719 rel.14861(4555)

@MayBe88

We will still suggest you try with a different cable between the modem and the AX11000 first to confirm if that will help.

Can we know the model of the ISP modem, please? To locate this issue and try to fix it, we would like to follow up on your case via email. Please check your inbox and provide the information that we need.

@Kevin_Z

ISP - MTS RUS, Ethernet port (1Gb\s) from ISP in apartments.

Connection type - Dynamic IP

Router - AX11000 EU v1.0

Wan port - auto negotiation

===

To remove the wan port from 100 mb / s - 3 reboots, with power off, un-plugging the cable 3-4 times. By defaults - router plugged by 8m cat 5e cable. I testing various cable, like 1m cat6, self-made path cord and supplied cable from router box (for shorts cables - I take router closer to ISP port).

If I plug all cables in Lan1 port  at moment when "wan-bug" - always show 1gb\s connection.

This bug I have about 2-3 times after flashing to OneMesh and above. Before router working about 1 year without problems (reboot by Mondays every week by schedule).

IDK why it happened, found no dependency. Only one thing was changed - firmware.

If I connect WDR4300 in "bug-time" - his WAN port in 1gb\s state, re-plug to AX11000 - says 100mb\s

Because I won't 100mb on WAN - I always do procedure from above, but i think is not normal.

Speedtests from web-interface says:

when port on 100mb\s =  92.03 Mbps 93.05 Mbps

when normal 1gb\s = 776.19 Mbps  669.65 Mbps

@Kevin_Z

Hello,

When I connect the ethernet cable directly to my laptop the internet speed is 150 Mbps. But when I connect the cable into my Archer 1200 router, the internet speed is reduced to less than 100 Mbps. How can I change the negotiation speed of internet. Thank you!

@Kevin_Z

About my case, i tired off onemesh function, and - no negotiations lock on wan port after this manipulation. (without downgrade firmware or cable changes)

I continue observ for situation, now it looks normal, with disabled onemesh. If need i can test enable it.

My question has been fixed
If you plan to use Qos to control the upload and download speed, it is not recommended
Because enable QoS must turn off "Enable NAT Boost", after turning off "Enable NAT Boost"

your upload/download speed can only be up to 200-300Mbps
In summary, you must turn on "Enable NAT Boost" to reach the maximum speed of about 900Mbps

Ha,Ha, I can guarantee a cat 5 cable will only do about 90 Mbps, had that same issue and changed to a 3 foot Cat 7 between the modem and the router and now getting 218Mbps on 200Mbps service!!😍
