Model: TL-PA4010 KIT
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version:

Hi I have 3  AV600 powerline adapters that used to work just fine until one day where we started having connection issues.

The issues are that when I boot up my PC, the network is identified but there's no internet (middle light not showing on tplink). I always have to manually relink the connection after booting up my PC (resulting in 3 solid lights on tp link), the problem is that relinking sometimes stops my roommate's connection from his AV600.

Does anyone know why my PC always needs to be relinked and how can I stop this?

@Gojo Hello,

The House Led is off means that powerline unit  lost pair, please confirm that unit is the on the latest firmware:

Firmware for PA4010: https://www.tp-link.com/support/download/tl-pa4010-kit/#Firmware

NVM& PIBis the firmware file for wired powerline units, firmware update via tpPLC Utility:
How to update the firmware using tpPLC Utility (new logo)?
https://www.tp-link.com/support/faq/1614/

Try a different wall socket for that PA4010 and avoid  the factors that may affect the power line environment. https://www.tp-link.com/support/faq/409/

Turn off Power-saving mode on powerline devices:https://www.tp-link.com/support/faq/2018/

May I know how do you ' manually relink the connection ' do you use pair button to repair?
