As the title says.

I know this since I game and the game disconnects exactly twice for 10-20 seconds every night in the span of 3 minutes. And the time is also different each time.

I checked with the internet provider and the issue is not with them.

I am on fiber optic cable connection.

This issue occurs both with LAN and WiFi.

I checked system log and only saw debug messages that have to do with DEBUG and LED.

This issue only started recently so I don't believe router location is the issue nor electric device interference.

Firmware is on most recent.

Router is relatively new, was bought a month/month and a half ago.

Scheduling of reboot is set to once a week at 4am so that is not the problem either.

I tried downloading some network traffic tracing programs and none of them were at a reasonable price.

Please I beg someone to help me because I cant continue like this.
