Hi, Please can someone advise how I set-up my RE315 Range Extender AC1200 as an Access Point. I have connected an ethernet cable to it but not sure what to do next! The installation guide says it can be set-up in Access Point mode but I can't find any instructions on how to do this. As you can probably tell I am technically challenged so any simple guidance welcome.

@ClareG Hello,

In AP mode, RE will transform the wired network to a wireless one, after change to AP mode, you could connect to Extender 's SSID and device should get Internet,

You could set up a Wirelesss password for RE(AP mode) to encrypt the WiFi:
(via Web UI) https://www.tp-link.com/support/faq/1401/
( via Tether APP) https://www.tp-link.com/support/faq/2852/
