i've made parental control setting in my 4G tp-link Wifi, by setting "whitelist" for a number of devices, i set a number of web, app, domain to be allowed my family such as google, whatsapp, etc.  but not to Telegram, i don't want this application accessed.

It works for web based Telegram, but this app-based Telegram installed in another PC still running...

any suggestins please....?
