Model: TL-PA9020P KIT
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 3.2.4

Hi,

After some help please. I have a V1 TL-PA9020P adapter that I've had for a few years. Its suddenly stopped working. Its completely dead.

I'm in the UK. Is there any recourse I have - can it be fixed? I am reasonably sure its out of warranty.

Any advice appreciated.

Many thanks

Greg

@GregE240 Hello,

You could try a different wall socket power the powerline unit, and also try a factory reset for it:

reset: with powerline units powered on (plugged in for your case) keep pressing the reset button and see if powerline unit responds to the reset?

If it does not response to the reset, it could be defective on the hardware, you could consider purchasing a new powerline unit with your AV2000 as the guide here:

@Solla-topee Hi, tried that, its completely dead.

Guess its fit for the bin then as its out of warranty. Shame.

@GregE240 It's a pity, thank you for reporting back and time with troubleshooting.
