LTE Router disconnection issue

Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.4.0 0.9.1 v0001.0 Build 210601 Rel.32393n

I'm going to create a thread for every day. No response or solution from TP link.

I was facing lot of issues with TL MR100 v.10 then gone to service center showcased the scenario they provided replacement with v1.20  yet the issue is not solved. 

 

All the device which is connected to the router is disconnected at same timestamp(reason: happens periodically without any reason) 

Horrible router.

Hi, Thanks a lot for your time and patience.

I would like to follow up on your case by email.

At the same time, could you please help me check the following information:

1. How often did the internet dropped within one day?

2. How did you restore the internet service when the connection was lost?

3. Have you ever tested the modem with a different SIM card, maybe from a new SIM carrier?

1. Multiple times. I face the issue at least once an hour.

2. Two ways it restore the internet: i) Restarting the router ii) After dns resolve.

3. I have tested with other sim card as well but the all client device disconnection and dns timeout still happening.
