Hello,

 

I am using Airtel/Jio LTE sim in Archer MR-600 V2 router . I am able to connect to internet using WIFI on Android phone, but not able to receive or make calls to my contacts using my android phone over WIFI.

Can any one please let me know if it is possible to make/receive calls connecting to WIFI as it is done using JIOFY router?

If possible, how to do that?

Hi, did you make/receive calls via Jio APPs?

I used to see that Jio voice service is based on VOLTE but Archer MR600 did not support VOLTE.

So could you please help me run a simple test:

1. install the same SIM card on your mobile phone with VoLTE disabled. 

2. check whether you are able to make/receive calls.

Is there any telephony router you suggest for that which should be dual band with detectable antenna?
