Dears,

I have desktop with installed TP-Link Archer TX3000E wifi ax adapter with AX200 and yes,I live in Russia .

It is not a laptop, but the latest Bios update is installed.

There are no WiFi6 settings in the bios.

I updated the WiFi driver to version 22.70, but that didn't help, I still can't use 802.11 AX.

I can also say that I've tried different drivers from 22.40 to 22.70, but I still can't connect with AX.

Despite all Intel's assurances, the problem has still not been solved: Russia Wi-Fi 6 Update Timelines and Instructions (intel.com)

This is actually a horrible situation and I can't understand or justify the vendor's inaction in this situation in any way. It turns out that you are cheating your customers from Russia in the current conditions it is maximal AC adapters but not AX.
Perhaps in the future when choosing equipment you should consider more responsible and more loyal to their customers manufacturers.

However, I still hope, that your support in this matter will change this opinion.

Hello @Neverdrim ,

We appreciated your feedback regarding TX3000E WiFi6 in Russia, as Intel's statement AX200 should have supported WiFi6 in Russia now.

Here is Microsoft guide sharing some tips when use WiFi6, please give it a try and see it helps:

https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/faster-and-more-secure-wi-fi-in-windows-26177a28-38ed-1a8e-7eca-66f24dc63f09

  • Make sure your Router is Wi-Fi 6 capable, with 802.11ax enabled
  • The guide suggested open ' Command Prompt, and then typing the command netsh wlan show drivers. Look next to Radio types supported and see if it includes 802.11ax'  please give it a try and see it helps:

If the above does not work, may I know the model of router , could other devices use WiFi6 from router.

Please share the photos of the motherboard information & current driver date to us https://www.tp-link.com/support/faq/2722/

This issue you are experiencing sounds unusual,to address the issue and try to fix it, we would like to have a specialist look into this further via email. Please check your mailbox later, and let us know if the issue is resolved. Thank you!
