Factory reset had the effect, that the 1st speedtest during configuration had a bandwidth of 730mbps but it drops down to 530mbps next. Upload and Ping are ok.
Next I forced the AX6000 to manually fixed 60mbps Upload and 2000mbps Download in the QoS Setting in Standard Mode, rebooted the devices, but no improvement.
I also unsuccessfully disabled the AX6000 firewall.

Is it possible that the internal Speedtest of the AX6000 is not accurate?
A PC connected to the AX6000 LAN has about 900 mbps while the Speedtest in the tether App shows only 550mbps.
That are the results after the factory reset.

So the slow download speed you mentioned is tested by the built-in speedtest app on the Tether app? If that is the case, we can confirm that the built-in speedtest server on the router may not be the best to achieve the desired speed, and we cannot choose a server manually, so the speedtest result may not be good as expected.
However, this doesn't affect the actual speed you can achieve on the devices connected to the network, you can do simple tests by connecting a computer to the router with an Ethernet cable, then run speedtest app on the computer, if that speed is normal, which means you are getting the correct speed provided by your provider. From what you are experiencing, it seems that the speed on the computer is quite good when tested directly on the computer, so that's normal.
BTW, you can also download and install the Wi-Fi Toolkit to do a speedtest to check if that is normal.

Tank you so much for your support.
Before the factory reset I tested the bandwidth with the internal speedtest and a PC on the LAN. Both results were about 550mbps. Later after the factory reset I recognized a difference in the measurement bandwidth results of the LAN and the internal speedtest. I was quite surprised. LAN 950mbps, internal speedtest 550mbps.
The internal speedtest should be updated to avoid unnecessary misapprehension.
PS
Actually settings Archer AX6000 v1 with Vodafone Station CGA, Red 1Gbps (1000mbps/50mbps):
All settings standard, except bandwidth manually to 1000mbps download and 60mbps upload (QoS) set.
Antivirus and Firewall aktivated.

Agree with that. Have you ever had a chance to test the speed with the Wi-Fi Toolkit I mentioned above? Maybe you can try that.![]()

Yes, I tried the Wi-Fi Toolkit. Nice gimmick but useless to me in testing the speed between router and cable modem. I'll keep it in mind.
So far, I prefer the "speedtest.net" browser based test and the VF Speedtest App on my mobile gear. Simple and not so kittenish. For more Information on surrounding WiFi I add the "AirPort" App application.

By the way, the VF Station build by Arris is a pice of crap. Slow, tricky, not very versatile and with a really bad performance. It's a pity that VF has no other option as some special branded FritzBoxes.
