Cant see Synology Nas using VPN tunnel between TD-W8960N & TD-W8970

Hi,
I have setup 2 vpn tunnels from my TD-W8970 to places that use TD-8960N (Firmware Version: 1.4.0 Build 110921 Rel.17774n Hardware Version: TD-W8960N v3 0x00000002 )
and I can ping and connect to any ip used at their end but they can only ping 192.168.1.1 which is my router and not 192.168.1.104 which is my Synology DS212J that they need to access.
Both tunnels are similarly configured:
Tunnel 1 on my TD-W8970
IPSec Connection Name: Tony1
Remote IPSec Gateway Address(URL): 89.240.xx.xx
Tunnel access from local IP addresses: Subnet
IP Address for VPN: 192.168.1.0

Have I made a simple mistake or is it a Synology problem?
