 Hello@Harivin,

Most  of the time the Led on adapter off means some issue with driver,  Did you try to uninstall current driver and install the latest T4U official driver here?

Could the adapter see the WiFi signals on laptop, what is the Error if it can't connect to WiFi? Try to delete WiFi profile and reconnect to it and see if that helps:

(How to connect to wireless networks and remove its profile on windows 10?) https://www.tp-link.com/support/faq/918/

Please also try this chipset driver for  and see if it helps with the issue

If problem still exist,  help us check the  computer motherboard info & adapter driver date and send us the photos: https://www.tp-link.com/support/faq/2722/
