I have 4 unit Deco m5, and only one in the basement drops out or lost internet suddenly.

Any suggestions?

Check Signal Source for that Satellite Deco M5, when it is connected to Deco mesh. You can do that in Deco app. Example from my Deco M5:

If you see red or yellow bars instead of blue, it means M5 is too far from Deco it is connected to and you need to move it closer.
