Hardware Version:
Firmware Version: US/1.6

My Deco Mesh XE5300 (3 units) suddenly lost internet connection at middle night on 7/31. Tried to reset with new name then turned to intermittent.

Confirmed ISP okay. Now have to use my old AC2600 for limited area.

Units:   XE5300 3 units from Costco

ISP:     Xfinity or Comcast

 

Please share your experience if you had same issue and resolved. Please let me know any other troubleshooting way. Thanks!

The connection issue was resolved with DISABLE wired backhaul from switch to 2 satelite units.

 

The wired backhaul was set at day one. For same reason, the Deco system suddenly malfunction at middlenight of 7/31.

Tried everything from modem to switch to multiple reboot and reset of Deco.

 

So far, the system works fine for 2 days. The drawback is connection speed is 1/3 or less with far site unit.
