Hi Everyone! First, sorry for my bad English, i hope can understand me. 

Four days ago, i buy deco m4 pac x2.  The first day works fine, my connection is 50 mbps from internet provider, and in every point of the house, the deco shows that velocity, in the principal and satellite. 

Today, the deco satellite put the led in red color, and the principal deco transmit 5 mbps max. 

I prove the conection directly from the modem provider (wifi and lan) and the velocity was fine. In the deco, lan provide 20 or 30 mbps. 

Any solutions?

Hi，

Did Deco M4 work on the access point mode? And both M4 units are wired to the internet provider?

If turning off the 2.4ghz on the Deco, would wireless speed get improved?

After the satellite unit turned red, would a manual reboot get it back to solid white?

@TP-Link  initially, the m4r work on router mode. After the problem, test the access point modern and do the same issue.

- The main deco is wired to modem, the other works satellite. 

- Both (main and satellite) are reset from the bottom in the top of the deco, and configure again. 

- I tested in 2.4 and 5.8 ghz, turning of one of them

- In his moment, both are working (white light), but the speed issue continue, and the connection is instable. 

- I prove my notebook directly to my modem provider (LAN and WiFi) and no problem with velocity.

Maybe you could try to update the following firmware and check whether it improved the network performance:

@Estebanquiito  I have similar problem like you too, in fact my deco showing I'm having latest version of software. indecision

Hi, there has been a new firmware 1.5.2 available.

During the release process, some users might not be able to detect the 1.5.2 firmware.

@JeremyHYJ  Hi!!! After some tests with the official store TP link, they're change the decos for a new ones. 

After that, no present any more issues.
