I have archer c6 v3 and use re200 as my range extender for onemesh.

However, it gets super hot at times and performance suffers as a result.

I now plan of replacing re200 with a newer model. I plan on getting the re3xx ac1200 series. I plan on getting it from UK and am a bit worried about which 5ghz wifi band it might support.

I once got c50 (EU) and their lower band 5ghz wifi is not supported by my pixel phone.

Can anyone please share your experience as to which re3xx model would support 5ghz band channels 149-161.

Hello@Aaksz ,

Range extender sold in UK should be of (UK) or (EU) version, they do not support Band4 channel, and only (US) version support channel 149-161.

If your pixel phone only support channel 149-161,most likely it could only utilize the 2.4Ghz of TP-Link products sold in UK.
