Hello. My router only seems to work when I select 3G Only in Advanced -> Network -> Internet. With 4G Preferred or 4G Only I get an empty status page (Status A here: https://community.tp-link.com/en/home/forum/topic/273224) and "USER: Registration denied by the visible network!" in the system log (see file).


With 3G Only, everything works as expected, and the signal strength is quite high (75-100%).
I tested the SIM in 3 different phones, all get a 4G data connection.
I tried forcing the band to a single one and tried with all the visible bands one by one (B1, B3, B7 and B20).
I tried creating a custom profile and set the APN settings to the one I saw on my phone.


I'm not sure what else I can try. Is there an ISP Update I can download somewhere?

1. the screenshot of the advanced>status page when the modem is working fine on the 3G mode.

2. the screenshot of the advanced>status page when the modem is on 4G preferred or 4G only mode.
