Three SIM card not recognised

Hardware Version: V5

Firmware Version:

Unit will not recognise a three unlimited SIM card.

works on my wife's Plusnet card yeti have the same card and the unit doesn't recognise my SIM card?

help please

Hi, Did the modem work with your three SIM cards before?

If it never worked, please help me check the following information:

1. make sure the SIM card is firmly inserted：https://www.tp-link.com/en/support/faq/3196/

2. reset the modem with the SIM card.

3. then please take a screenshot of the advanced>status page.

4. wait about 10mins and save the system log for me.

And may I know how long have you had MR200?
