Model: Deco M5  
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version: 1.5.3

I am unable to ping the wired devices when internet is down. As soon as I am plugging the internet Ethernet devices starts pinging.

I have only one deco m5 which is configured as router.

Hoping to resolve this ASAP
