Deco M4R randomly disconnects, problem increases with enabled ipv6
I'm from bangladesh. Few months ago i updated My deco M4R v2's firmware to 1.4.3 Build 20210317 Rel. 03630 by authorized authorities. After that my deco keeps randomly disconnecting from the internet, shows no internet when i enable ipv6 while my tp-link c6 works fine. Is there any new firmware update available for it? I need one with band 4 5ghz support.

Hi, Thank you for the feedback.
Will M4 turn red when the internet was disconnected?
Can I have a picture of your network topology? Is it like:
ISP modem—Archer C6---main M4-----<wireless> other M4 units?
May I know the internet connection type on the M4 under Deco APP>More>Advanced>IPV4, dynamic IP or PPPoE?

@TP-Link Hello, thank you for replying. No, M4 does not turn red, it keeps showing white light as usual. It's directly connected with the isp modem, like ISP MODEM ------> Deco M4. I have only one M4. Internet connection type is PPPoE.

Thank you and there is another firmware 1.5.0 which also added band4 for 5ghz and please install this firmware and check whether it helped or not:

And if IPv6 is disabled, would the internet connection get very stable?
Did all the mobile clients have the same issue ”disconnecting from the internet, showing no internet?”

@TP-Link the thread link that you've provided is for some fix of the v1.5. For people who already have v1.5. it's not the firmware itself. I've tried installing it, it doesn't upgrade my firmware.
And yes, it somehow workes when i disable ipv6. All the clients have the same issues.
