@Aerikku

Hello, this latest 1.10.0 version cannot be downgraded to the previous version, which had been noted in the release not here.

Regarding the disconnection issue you are reporting, can we confirm if the internet disconnect on the C80 and the internet LED changed to orange, or it is the wireless disconnecting on some mobile phones or laptops? If it is the former, please check the below thread to go through the troubleshooting suggestions then report back with some more info, we will confirm:

@Paulm94 are you running the most recent firmware (210716)? I have a similar issue since updating - my wireless connection is dropping several times a day. This was not happening before the update.

Hello, can you please describe the issue you're experiencing in more detail? Which band is disconnecting, 2.4G or 5G? How many devices are connected to the network? How about the LED status on the C80, will it change to orange when the disconnection happens? Who is your ISP? Be sure the modem internet is still stable, you can confirm this by connecting a computer directly to the ISP modem by passing the C80.

@Kevin_Z thanks for getting back to me & not sure how my screen name changed. Anyway, I believe this happens when I'm on 5Ghz and the computer automatically switches to 2.4Ghz. The number of devices connected over wifi is somewhere between 5 and 10 at any given time, but I wouldn't say anything unusual is going on when this happens. I see no LED changes when I run into the issue; from observation, I connect it to the recent firmware update. The internet connection at this time is stable as I have a bunch of devices connected over LAN, and this does not affect them. My ISP is Vivacom (BG).

@korikorikori yes running the latest firmware seemed to happen after getting the latest firmware tried full reset but comes back I think the firmware or hardware is flawed and not fit for purpose

I've had to go back to my isp router as it's more stable

I too started having problems since I upgrade to 1.10.0 Build 210716 Rel.51301n(5553) I hope we can downgrade firmware. Is that too hard to do?
