TL-WA901N access point DHCP problem on VLANs
Hello
I am trying to set the TL-WA901N with multiple SSID's tagged to different VLAN's.
The VLAN's are working good with other make of AP's, so when connecting to Guest network I get on network 10 (VLAN 10) and when I connect to User network I get on network 11 (VLAN11)
When trying to connect to the TL-WA901N SSID Guest, this works without any issues. But when connecting to SSID User I will connect to the wireless network, however I will not get an IP from the assigned DHCP pool on the User VLAN
Any idea why this is happening ?
Thanks

Hello @Bo_Zam
Sorry for the late response, we have an instruction here that might do some help, you could examine the VLAN settings on the smart switch as guide here
How to Setup TP-Link AP’s Multi-SSID (VLAN) to Work with TP-Link Switch?
Please check which ports are included in Network11 ( VLAN 11) , if wire a computer to one of VLAN 11 ports, could it get any IP address?
If still the concern persists, can you help provide some information to look into further, thank you
1. network topology, e.g. router <Ethernet> (port2) switch model XX (port1) --TL-WA901N
2.what are the VLANs, and the photo of VLAN settings on switch and AP

Hello @Bo_Zam
That sounds to be related to VLAN set-up in your network, if different ports helps. Thank you for sharing the solution here!
