What is a chipset driver?
The chipset driver is provided by a chipset manufacturer that may fix various issues, it could be still under test stages by TP-Link.
For the initial installation, please download and install the TP-Link official driver.
If the adapter does not work properly with the official driver being installed, you could try the chipset driver.

Note: the above chipset driver is provided only for models listed above, it does NOT apply to other models. Do check and verify the model of your TP-Link adapter before installing the chipset driver.
How to install?
1. Enter the directory and run setup.exe.
2. Follow the prompt and restart the system.

I dont know how does it work for others, but I tried drivers from original post and it only broken my T3U Plus drivers, device did not initialize at all after upgrading with this drivers (there was an exclamation mark for my driver in Device manager).
