Deco M4/S4 Unstable/No Internet connection Issue under Spectrum / Starhub service
Hi All,
The following firmware versions on Deco M4(V1&V2) and Deco S4(V1&V2) have improved the connection quality a lot on Spectrum/Starhub service and please make sure your firmware is up to date.

@TP-Link I have installed the recent firmware update for S4. 1.5.1.
My router is still randomly losing Spectrum internet four or five times per day. I have checked the internet connection directly from the modem and it is up while the Deco S4 is Red.
Please advise. It is harming my business.

@TP-Link Hello. I upgraded the firmware to the latest version, S4, 1.5.1, earlier. The issue with Spectrum dropouts remains unresolved with the newest firmware version.
I will be changing to a different ISP later this year.
