1. Try a different USB port, like a USB 3.0 / USB 2.0
2. Update driver for USB port, here is a guide found online that might help with USB not recognize issue:

3. Double check if the USB port is loose or poor contact
4. Try this chipset driver for T9UH (Win7/Win10) and see it helps with the performance
If the concern persist, may I know did you plug USB adapter in USB 2.0 or 3.0 port, can you provide a photo of the motherboard information of your computer, thank you.
