Hey. when i'm using T9 i keep hearing USB connected sound on win 10 64bit. i tried uninstalling, plugin via cradle and straight to usb port. when sounds occurs in device menager it looks like windows is scanning for new devices. it only happens when T9 is connected

1. Try a different USB port, like a USB 3.0 / USB 2.0
2. Update driver for USB port, here is a guide found online that might help with USB not recognize issue:

4. Try this chipset driver for T9UH (Win7/Win10) and see it helps with the performance
