Can I also have the detailed hardware version and firmware version of the AX1500? The hardware version can be found on the device bottom label, and the firmware can be found on its web GUI Status page.

Thank you. Just to confirm again if the internet is down or it disconnects randomly after the firmware update? How about the LED on the AX10, will the LED color change to orange when the internet drops?

BTW, who is your ISP? Be sure the modem internet is still stable by connecting a computer to it directly and monitoring for some time.
