I have home network with Modem/Router from phone company TIM-TELECOM. In addition I have router TP-Link connecting PC desktop, TV and so on.

To cover all rooms added PA4010 and two AV600.

Till few months ago I had also hard disk APPLE TIME CAPSULE included in the network and this Time Capsule was controlling the network but it gone broken and I took off.

The problem is from that moment I cannot connect laptop where I have AV600 which is working normally with Iphone and Ipad.

In addition I don't know how get "Chiave di Sicurezza" to follow TP instruction.

That's all.

How do you connect router and apple capsule, is this your connection? 

  • Router --Apple Capsule
  • Router --PA4010 ____ AV600 extender  <Wireless> laptop 

 

1. When laptop connects to AV600 extender by wire, check if laptop could use or find Apple Capsule

2. When laptop connects to AV600 extender by wireless , could laptop use or find the Apple Capsule?

If not,  what is the IP address of your Apple Capsule and AV600 extender ? Please try to ping Apple Capsule IP address on your laptop 

How to Use the Ping Command

 

Can I have a photo of the error when apple capsule is not accessible? 

When laptop connect to router's Wi-Fi , could you find apple Capsule?

Hello @Solla-topee,

 

Apple Time Capsule is dead and no more in the network.

What I want to explain is that now I can't surf wi-fi with the laptop from the AV600 extender of the WPA4220 Powerline connected to the modem / router via the PA4010 Adapter.  
I can only surf with iphone and ipad.

Hey @artico48 

Sorry for the late reply.  If only laptop could not get internet from WiFi of AV600. If the Wi-Fi connected but No Internet, or laptop can't connect to AV600 WiFi? 

 

- make sure laptop could get Internet from router

- try to remove Wi-Fi profile and reconnect to AV600 WiFi

How to connect to wireless networks and remove its profile on windows 10?

-  update Laptop driver (you may contact laptop manufacture about how to update driver)

 

How about the Led on AV600 main unit, and AV600 extender, the House Led should be ON on AV600s, which means 2 units are still paired.
