Hi Anyone

I have had 3 x range extenders set up and working well for 3 years approx. They are WPA4220 (V1.20). I have recently bought an additional extender WPA4220 (V5). However when I plug in the new one and press the pair button it just won't go into pair mode? I have tried every which way but it will not go into pair mode (ie flashing top LED). Any ideas?
