Hello. I have a problem with the router. Only the on / off lamp flashes. Please help

Have you tried to hard reset the device (using method 1) ?

Hi, Did reset make any difference for your case?

And May I know the hardware version of your modem?

How long have you had the modem and when did this issue start?
