Hi,

Can you share some pictures about the Advanced>Status page on the MR600 v2 when there is no internet?

Please also save the system log on the modem when the internet stopped working.

Were you able to restore the SIM connection via restarting, or resetting the modem?

And there is a pre-release firmware 1.5.0 on this link, please install this firmware and check whether it helped or not.

No connection in 4g after reboot
