Since the update to this release, the internet has been dropping continuously. I've had to reboot all three decos but it only starts to work briefly.

 

I've been running it with the virgin superhub 3 and set it up the virgin router in modem mode.  It has been working for more than a year with average stability but this last update has very nearly killed it and the internet is barely usable.

 

is anyone else having similar issues with this firmware update?

Hi, there hasn’t been a case that is confirmed to be related to the 1.5.2 firmware upgrade.

So I wish you could help me check more information:

1.  Would any Deco turn red during the disconnection?

2. How did you restore the connection? Would the internet service come back automatically?

3. How often did it drop put within one day?

If possible, could you please try to install the debug firmware on this link:
