sim card not detected

I have an issue the router can not detected the sim card. i have 4 unit with same issue. please help to share how to solve this issue.

May I know the model number and hardware version of your 4G router?
Are all the 4 units the same model?
How long have you had the routers?
And which sim card did you use?

Have you ever noticed something unusual before the SIM card is not recognized?

hi, i think less then 1 year for all router. i just try use another sim card but it still not detected then i try use the same sim card into another router and its detected.
so how about this 4 unit router?its this can fixed or not?
