Hello community, i have been experiencing problem of internet automatic disconnection, while on normal use....wifi is connected but no internet for few seconds..this happens every two or three minutes continuously...i have done everything like resetting the router, reboot..but nothing has changed...please look into this..thanks...

 

 

i am also getting some errors in system log which are given below...

TP-Link don't have the solution for this long bug. Just switch to different company modem

Hi, Thank you very much for your attention.

Just in case you have changed your mind, I would love to provide any assistance.

Please feel free to send an email to support.forum@tp-link.com with the following information:

1. Who is your SIM card carrier?

2. Did you have the disconnection issue on both Ethernet and wireless connections?

3. When the internet dropped out, did you need to reboot the router to get the internet back or it could come back automatically?

4. Could you send screenshots of the advanced>status page before and after the disconnection?

5. As for the system log, could you please note down the disconnected time and export the log file, not pictures to us?
