@Kevin_Z  i've been having the exact same issue with the ax20 wifi dropping going slow or weak etc i updated to the beta version and it seemed to completely solve the problem

Hello @GuiltTrain, thank you very much for the update, and it's glad to hear the issue gets resolved with the beta firmware. Please be aware that the official version has been released last week, please check and update to the latest official version, then enjoy the internet.

@gabklein The official release for Archer AX20(US)_2.0 has been released in late Jan 2022, and you should be able to detect it on the router web GUI, which is 2.1.5 Build 20211231 rel.73104, I believe you are already on.

Hello @nikolov, have you downloaded and installed the latest official version, which should be Archer AX10(EU)_V1_211117? If yes, then the issue discussed in this thread should have been fixed already, yours might be a different issue. We suggest you open a new thread then describe the issue in detail, we will suggest further:

  @Kevin_Z

I'm also experiencing intermittent connection drops on both 2.4GHz and 5GHz - There doesn't appear to be an issue with my internet, I just get disconnected from the WiFi network and it automatically reconnects in a few seconds. I bought the router a few days ago off Amazon so upgraded the firmware to the latest version:

Firmware Version:
2.1.6 Build 20220128 rel.15823(4555)
Hardware Version:
Archer AX20 v2.0 (EU)
Firmware is up to date.

I can see a bunch of these messages in the system log:

Led Controller INFO [1093] Start to run WAN1_ON
Led Controller INFO [1093] Start to run WAN0_OFF
Led Controller INFO [1093] Start to run LAN_ON

I've just restarted my router so will keep an eye on the system log.

Any hints/tips how to resolve this?

Hello @pg7, thanks for following up with this topic.

Can you please confirm the LED status of the AX20 when the connection drops next time? Will it become orange when the issue happens? Please save and send us the system log on the router, be sure that do include those before and after the internet drops.

BTW, please also confirm who is your ISP, TP-Link is only the manufacturer of the AX20 router, it's not your internet provider. ISP is who is providing you with the internet source.

  @Kevin_Z

My connection has been relatively stable since I restarted my router yesterday. Only 1 connection drop today while I was still connected to the WiFi network. The connection was back within a few seconds.

Also, all LED lights have been green and I haven't noticed any orange lights on the router.
