Hello my Deco has been making my internet connection cut out and very unstable.

Hi, can you install the firmware on the following link first:

Next time, if the same issue started again, please note down the time and export the system log, then send to support.forum@tp-link.com

Wireless clients and Satellite Deco fail to connect to Main Deco under Spectrum / Starhub

And along with the log, please also help me check the following information:

1. would any Deco turn red?

2.May I know who is your internet service provider and what is the model number of your cable modem?

3.Please also send me your TP-Link email ID for the Deco APP.
