Hallo Forum,

my new C200 is only working when i have a working internet connection to isp.

If the internet connection is disconnected and i restart the C200 Camera no no wireless connection is established and green led is flashing slow.

Is there a solution for startup the camera without a internet connection?

 

How can I solve this issue?

Hello @Uliba 

 

Many features of camera are based on cloud service and those require internet access to work, like remote control (stream camera remotely), time update, manual recording, talk feature etc. 

May I know do you want to access camera Live view when WiFi router has no Internet? 

When home Wi-Fi network has no internet ,if camera is still connected to Wi-Fi(camera still on router client list and have IP from router) you could access camera from Tapo APP locally (when mobile phone connected to same home WiFi network) ， but not remotely (phone on LTE mobile data or connected to non-local Wi-Fi).
