I have tried time and time again to connect my Range extender AV600 to the app but it's not working, I have reset it many times. Still giving me the same issues

TP-Link Wi-Fi router and Range extender use Tether app, Powerline devices uses tpPLC APP
You could download tpPLC APP in the Google Play or APP store, after open the app, it will show the compatible powerline models.
