@Sympa

Thanks for reaching out to us.

I would like to know what kind of interface your telephone supports, telephone line or Ethernet cable?

If your telephone only supports telephone line, then there is no way to configure Voip because Archer MR600 doesn't have VOIP port.

If your telephone supports Ethernet cable, you can connect telephone to one of the router LAN port via Ethernet cable, then open ports for VOIP service or enable UPnP on our router.

@TP-Link

hello

I think I have an analog telephone that I used for landline.

What does it meac if my telephone supports ethernet cable?

My telephone has RJ11 jack, only 2 wires.

Its not a problem to crimp RJ45, but will it work on analog phone?

This is my question.

Or should I rather use:

The problem is that I would like to have 4G+.

THX

  @TP-Link I also want to use my MR600 for voice calls. I have another router with a phone port, connected to the MR600 via a power line adapter, which is working just fine for data, so could you outline the procedure to make and receive calls through the MR600 to the phone connected to the other router, presumably by opening up ports for the VOIP service?

  @Wejustwannatalk

Hi, the MR600 itself doesn't support VoLTE or VoIP function, if you have another router with VoIP function connected to it, the MR600 will not block it.

Do you have any VoIP settings configured on the VoIP router? if it doesn't work, It is recommended to confirm with your VoIP provider to see if it requires additional setting when the VoIP Router is used behind another router. If it requires to open related ports, you could refer to the following instructions:
