Hello,

 

I have the Wi-Fi 6 Adapter "TP-Link Archer TX3000E".

 

Officially only Windows 10 (64 Bit) is supported.

 

I have already installed Windows 11.

Wi-Fi is working, but Blueetooth is not working.

 

Does anybody how it is possible to run Bluetooth with this adapter?

Also it would be interesting to know, if an official Windows 11 driver will be released.

Hello @And0r 

Thank you for your feedback with official Windows11 driver, this is still under test stage for some models, please keep on eye on official website for driver update.  


if TX3000E Bluetooth not working: 

- go to windows Computer Management ->Device Manager-> Bluetooth can you see tp-link ( Intel AX200 Bluetooth Adapter )detected in Device Manager ?
- try to install the latest  Intel driver for the Bluetooth adapter : 
https://downloadcenter.intel.com/product/189347/-Wi-Fi-6-AX200

- try a different F-USB port for the Bluetooth adapter
- upgrade the BIOS for the computer-> Check the model number of the motherboard-> go to motherboard manufacture website to get the latest Bios  
How to check driver version of TP-Link adapters and system information of your computer?
- to help isolate the issue, please try tp-link Bluetooth adapter on a computer and see it could be detected or works

 

if still the same , may I have a photo of the computer system info , the current driver version? How does the Bluetooth not work, is there any error message?
