Hi,

MfG

@Karl2406

Thanks for reaching out to us.

I think this guide will help you on your issue:

How to make Xbox online games run smoothly by UPnP with TP-Link Wireless Dual Band 4G LTE Router (new logo)?

Note: Please make sure the internet IP of your TP-Link router is a public IP.

My UPnP was/is on. The Services List is empty tho. How can I tell if I have a public IP and if I do not have one, how do I get one?

Hi @Karl2406

Please login to your TP-Link device, then go to Advanced>>Status>>Check what is the IP address in Internet section.

Then you can verify this IP is public IP or private IP via "whatismyip": https://www.whatismyip.com/

If "whatismyip" can identify your location, that means your IP is a public IP, otherwise it is a private IP.

If your IP is a private IP, please contact your ISP and see if they can assign a public IP for you.
