When I'm using PPPoE, real time rate doesn't work

If I use dynamic IP it works normally. I already formatted it to see if it fixed it, but the problem persists.

I think it needs a new firmware. TP LINK LET'S GO

May I know what do you mean by really time rate?

When you use PPPOE, can router connect to internet? And how about dynamic IP?

  @Kevin_Z  I mean this and yes, router can connect to internet both PPPOE and Dynamic IP. As you can see this just shows the upload transfer rate while download transfer rate remains at 0KB/s
